Section 1 - What do we do with your information?
If you choose to fill in a contact form on our website, we may store that information for upto six (6) months and only use it for the purpose of contacting you in relation to that enquiry.
If you choose to register for an account, your account data will be retained for the duration of your account to facilitate access to, and billing for, the service. Your account data is encrypted at-rest using industry-standard encryption. Upon termination of your account the data may be retained for a period of upto twelve (12) months.
Email marketing: With your explicit permission, we may send you emails about our products and other updates.

Your data is stored through Fenetre Limited data storage and databases. We store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Some data is transferred outside of the EU to the United States, hosted with a provider that complies with The EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
